Aspire purchased this building post-auction by dealing directly with the vendor. It took weeks of negotiations to structure a deal as it involved several complicated angles, including title splitting. Regardless, we successfully structured a deal that suited all parties involved.
Located on an important high street, the Victorian-style building is simply beautiful. We found a buyer for the ground floor commercial unit – a well known local agent, who was fully aware of the location’s strength.
We got to work immediately and renovated the entire building, including the three flats in the upper floors. All flats were finished immaculately and sold successfully for a healthy profit.
