This project entails a house converted to three flats. It is a small yet profitable addition to our portfolio. We acquired the property with two flats having tenants in situ while the third (basement) flat was in a derelict condition. We promptly carried out full refurbishment works to make the flat a nice place to live again. 

Highlight of this project is that we achieved a 14% yield on a single let basis.

Aspire is continuously in the lookout to add a mixture of property types to it’s portfolio including HMOs, single lets, commercials etc.

Geographically, our main focus is London and home counties. However, if a good opportunity comes to our attention, we do not hesitate to acquire it – provided it passes all of our due-diligence checks and investment criteria.
